Here’s what a good session looks like.
In the first 15 minutes, we configure a Threat Profile that reflects your business model and current campaign pressure. This isn’t a generic template; it’s the subset of techniques and procedures most likely to matter in your sector and environment.
The Community Edition gives you a clean canvas to see those behaviours laid out without pulling in any of your data yet, so security teams can evaluate the structure before committing pipelines.
Next, we walk a Coverage Map using what you already know about your stack:

Even at this metadata level, gaps jump out: missing identity or SaaS signals, endpoint policy sprawl that makes “global coverage” a fiction, or detections that exist but haven’t been validated in months.
The point is to anchor the conversation in behaviours (credential dumping procedures, token theft patterns, data staging to cloud) rather than arguing categories.
Then we show how procedures change the game. Instead of one broad “credential dumping” analytic, you see the procedure variants that matter in practice, direct LSASS handle access, comsvcs.dll minidump, procdump with obfuscated switches, each with the preconditions and telemetry notes you’d need to detect them.
That precision is what converts “interesting” into “shippable.” If you bring a recent public report, we’ll use NARC to extract the procedures live and link them to techniques, groups, and software so your detection engineers aren’t re-parsing prose.

Moving from Community Edition to enterprise deployment is intentionally boring: export the behaviours and procedures you selected, connect the integrations you approve, and adopt the validation calendar that keeps drift under control.
Nothing breaks if you change a tool; the coverage source of truth is independent of any one product, which is exactly what boards and auditors want to see when they ask for threat-informed evidence.
